WHAT IS YOUR REFUND AND TRANSFER POLICY?
Refunds:
As with the vast majority of races, we can’t offer a refund unless you select refundable booking at checkout. Please see our participant Terms and Conditions for more information.
Deferrals to future events:
Our deferral policy has had to change in order to sustain our small business going forward. We can no longer support deferrals to the following year. We have always tried our best to be flexible, however this now has to be balanced with finite resources and rising costs. To protect your race place from injury and other unforeseen circumstances, we now have optional refundable booking for 10% of your registration fee. If you choose not to take up this option, please do not ask us for a refund or deferral to another event as we will not be able to do this. Thank you for your understanding.
Change Your Distance / Transfer your place to another participant:
You can transfer your distance or transfer to another participant up to two before the event date. Simply log in to your registration and select the relevant option on the left-hand menu bar.
IS THERE A TIME LIMIT TO COMPLETE THE RACE?
DO YOU HAVE A BAG DROP?
DO YOU HAVE SHOWERS / CHANGING AREA?
