You don’t have to be a runner or cyclist to enjoy our events. Helping out can be just as fun and rewarding as running it! Every year, hundreds of volunteers get involved and have a great time making each event such a wonderful success for athletes and spectators alike. Even if it’s your first time, we have lots of different roles and you’ll be given a full briefing. You just need to be able to donate between 4 to 6 hours on the day depending on where you are volunteering. Best of all, you get a free adult place for the following year that either you or a friend can use!
