You don’t have to be a runner or cyclist to enjoy our events. Helping out can be just as fun and rewarding as running it! Every year, hundreds of volunteers get involved and have a great time making each event such a wonderful success for athletes and spectators alike. Even if it's your first time, we have lots of different roles and you'll be given a full briefing. You just need to be able to donate between 4 to 6 hours on the day depending on where you are volunteering. Best of all, you get a free place for the following year that either you or a friend can use!

There are popular team spots such as water stations, finish funnel, bag drop etc. These get snapped up quickly so let us know if you want to all work together and we’ll do our best to group you all in the same area.
